Ingredients

Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn starch, chili pepper, garlic powder, salt, yellow 5, sugar, spices

Cooking DIrections

Pour water into a container that is twice the volume of the water.

Pour in β€œBrine Yo Meat” Stir until dissolved in water, place chicken in the brine, cover, and refrigerate two hours for skinless breasts, 4 hours for bone-in pieces, and 4 hours to overnight for whole chickens.

Drain and pat the chicken dry before cooking.

1. Brine or season your seafood, for 20 minutes or overnight, only if you like extra seasoning. Our batter is well seasoned. We use batter for wet and dry coating. No eggs or buttermilk required only if you choose too.

2. Depending on the amount you will be frying pour a small portion of our "Seafood Batter" into a large bowl and add water, no more than 1 tablespoon at a time, until the batter becomes the consistency of pancake batter into another bowl pour "batter" for your dry coating, dip into the wet mixture then move over to dry coating. Make sure your seafood is well coated. Try tossing the coated mixture of parts, this will ensure your crust to stay on.

3. Heat oil to 365 degrees F (185 C). Add fish a few (2 to 4) pieces at a time (depending on how large your cooking vessel is) and coat well in the batter. Allow the batter to drip off a bit before placing the fish in the fryer.

If using a deep fryer, add fish when the basket is in the lower position or else it will stick to the basket. After adding fish immediately shake the fryer basket a bit so the fish doesn't stick to the basket.

Try to fry 6 minutes watching carefully for a golden brown color, and then transfer the fish to a plate lined with paper towels. Now you have a good Fish Fry party! Love you!
